    Parking

    Are there any parking restrictions?
    Does the site have sufficient parking access?
    Is there a loading bay available?
    Can a vehicle with a tail lift unload?
    If NO – how is entry to be gained?

    Site Access

    What are the dimensions of the smallest doorway? (including door handles if any)
    Do any of the doorways have alarm sensors/ magnetic locks?
    If YES, what is the maximum height floor to sensor?

    Floor Access

    On which floor(s) is the furniture/equipment to be installed?
    Is a lift/elevator available?
    If YES, what is the maximum weight limit?
    What are the dimensions of the lift doors?
    What are the internal dimensions of the lift?
    After leaving the lift are there any additional stairs/steps?
    If lift is not available are there stairs to the building?
    If YES, how many steps and flights?
    Are there any stairs/ramps from the entrance to the lift/stairs?
    Are there any 90° bends in the corridors or stairs?
    If YES, what is the width on either side of the bend?
    What are the dimensions of any landing on the stairs?

    Additional requirements and information

    Is decontamination required? (if yes, we will refer you to our Decontamination team)
    Do any items need connection to services?
    Are there any potential obstructions (provide details)?
    Is the site complete and free from building works and contractors? (if no, give details)
    Is floor protection required?
    If under construction please specify Handover date.

    Will the siting be in a cleanroom environment?
    What is the ceiling height (mm) where the units will be positioned? (Please provide measurements (H) in mm in the box provided
    Does any equipment need to be positioned on a Support Stand or on a worktop/bench?
    Are there any doorways within 150mm of the item?
    Are there any obstructions to airflow (walls, structural columns, large equipment, etc.) within 300mm of the planned position?
    Are there any air inflow or exhaust vents within 300mm?
    What is the ambient temperature in the room?
    Will there be facilities provided to dispose of any packaging? (If No, we can provide additional charges for waste disposal)
