ISOhatch Lite powder-coated mild steel trolley hatches are manufactured to allow the transfer of specific size trolleys or containers between rooms with the minimum of disruption to the integrity of the spaces by minimising the risk of airborne cross-contamination.
This hatch is floor mounted, with two framed doors, each glazed in either, 6.4mm thick clear laminated glass, or, 6mm thick clear toughened safety glass, which open on surface mounted steel cast hinges.
ISOhatch Lite hatches are deliberately not sealed in order to allow a small volume of air from the clean side (which is normally at a higher pressure) to continuously flush the interior of the hatch. The doors are interfaced with a mechanical interlock.

- Hygienic finish: smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean and compliant with GMP and cleanroom hygiene standards
- Cost-effective: less expensive than stainless steel, making it ideal for budget-conscious cleanroom projects or non-sterile controlled environment usage
- RAL 9010 colour swatch as standard – but other powder coatings are available
