Engineered to meet the rigorous standards of high-grade cleanrooms, ISOhatch Pro passive trolley hatch is the premium pass-through solution for transferring large items and trolleys between controlled areas without compromising cleanliness, safety or compliance.

ISOhatch Pro is a passive hatch solution – meaning it relies entirely on the static environment and room pressure differentials, unlike the active ISOhatch Max model which includes a HEPA filtered Fan Filter Unit.

Available in 316 or 304 stainless steel, ISOhatch Pro is a more eco-friendly alternative to ISOhatch Max as no additional energy is required to power the mechanical elements that the latter boasts. It is strong and robust, providing easy cleaning and maintenance with a reliable interlock system to aid in the reduction of cross contamination and pressure loss whilst passing product between lower and high classification areas.

• Floor-mounted design – can be either with or without base, allowing seamless transfer of trolleys or containers directly from cleanroom floors. No lifting or base obstruction

• Double-skin stainless steel fabrication – provides structural integrity and smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and hygiene maintenance
• Electro-mechanical or mechanical interlock system – prevents both doors from being opened simultaneously, reducing the risk of cross-contamination
• Blue halo-style push button interface – clear visual indicator and activation for unlocking door access (electro-mechanical version)
• Surface-mounted stainless steel hinges – durable, easy-to-clean hinges supporting reliable and consistent door operation
• Toughened safety or laminated glass panels – doors are glazed with 6mm toughened or 6.4mm laminated safety glass for visibility and compliance
• Air-flushing design – doors are deliberately not fully sealed, allowing a controlled flush of cleanroom air through the hatch to prevent inward contamination
• Optional fire-rated construction – certified fire-resistant materials and intumescent seals available, offering up to 1-hour fire integrity when correctly installed
• Integrated bumper strips/threshold plates – acts as physical guidance and location points for trolleys entering the hatch (optional, but recommended)
• Three-sided stainless steel installation flanges – supplied for both sides of the wall to simplify and secure installation. Flanges can be flush or protruding as needed
• Flush-fitting or protruding mounting options – flexible installation configurations accommodate various wall types and room layouts
• Optional adjustable feet support – for protruding or unsupported installations, adjustable feet ensure stable floor-standing alignment
• Delay timer function (electro-mechanical option)– prevents immediate access from opposite side, allowing time for air stabilization or disinfection procedures
