    Fully welded from 316 stainless steel, offering enhanced protection against corrosion, pitting and chemical attack – ideal for environments subject to harsh disinfectants and washdown routines. Smooth, crevice-free surfaces with radiused internal corners.

    ISOlock Pro boasts minimal dust-trap geometry – the 30° sloped roof prevents particulate accumulation and facilitates easy wipe-down during routine cleaning protocols. For a high-quality alternative to Trespa/Sealwise, ISOlock cannot be surpassed.

  • Why use Grade 316 stainless steel in cleanroom furniture?

    Grade 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, which significantly enhances its resistance to corrosion, especially in environments exposed to chlorides, disinfectants, and cleaning agents. This makes it ideal for cleanrooms, particularly in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical environments where chemical resilience and hygiene are critical.

  • Is this locker suitable for GMP and ISO-classified cleanrooms?

    Yes. The design and material composition meet the requirements for use in:
    ISO 14644-1 Class 5–8 environments
    GMP Grade C and D zones
    The locker features smooth, wipe-clean surfaces, minimal crevices, and non-shedding construction, making it fully compatible with contamination control procedures.

  • Can this locker be used in wet areas or washdown zones?

    Absolutely. Grade 316 stainless steel is highly resistant to water, steam, and most cleaning chemicals. All welds are sealed and the surfaces are designed to withstand routine washdowns. Sloped tops and raised feet could further support hygiene protocols in wet environments.

  • Does the locker include internal fittings like shelves or hanging rails?

    Yes. The standard configuration includes a stainless steel coat rail. Optional internal shelving or additional storage accessories can be specified based on your gowning process or storage needs. Custom internal layouts are available on request.

  • Are sloped tops and adjustable feet included?

    Sloped tops are included to prevent particle build-up and ease cleaning. Adjustable stainless steel feet can be added to facilitate levelling on uneven floors and improve airflow under the unit.

  • Can the locker be locked securely?

    Yes. Each unit comes with a cleanroom-grade stainless steel handle and can be supplied with either a cam lock, key-operated system, or a padlock-compatible hasp.

  • Can this locker be supplied in a multi-bank configuration?

    Yes. This model is available as part of a modular system, including double, triple, and quad-bank options, with shared side panels for efficient space use and reduced installation time. Wall-mounting options also available.
