    Designed for efficient, hygienic handling of standard Euro containers in controlled environments, the ISO Move Max stainless steel tray trolley provides a durable, GMP-compliant solution for material transfer and staging. 

     

    Constructed from Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, the unit features a rigid welded frame with smooth, wipe-clean surfaces for optimal hygiene. Precision runners accommodate  containers or trays at fixed intervals, allowing for organised, high-density storage with easy access. 

     

    Available in multiple tier configurations to suit your process flow, with cleanroom-grade swivel castors — including braked, antistatic or directional options — to ensure smooth and secure mobility.

  • What is a Euro container?

    A Euro container (or Euronorm tray) is a standardised plastic storage box designed for compatibility across a wide range of handling systems. With fixed external dimensions (e.g. 600×400mm or 400×300mm), they’re widely used in logistics, manufacturing and cleanroom operations for their stackability, durability and hygienic design.

  • What materials are used in the trolley construction?

    The trolley is available in Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, structural strength and cleanability. Grade 316 is recommended for harsher cleaning regimes or pharmaceutical-grade areas.

  • How many trays can the trolley hold?

    That depends on the size of your Euro containers and the required spacing between tiers. Most trolleys are configured to hold between 5 and 15 trays, but custom spacing and capacities can be specified based on your operational needs.

  • Are the runners fixed or adjustable?

    Most designs feature fixed runners for maximum stability and ease of use, but adjustable or removable runner systems are available on request.

  • What castor options are available?

    The trolley can be fitted with antistatic, braked, directional or non-marking swivel castors, depending on your mobility, ESD, and stability requirements.
